About

Editorial standards

How we source claims, label examples, disclose relationships, review expert content and correct errors. This policy is reviewed by counsel before launch and dated when it is.

Education, not advice

Wealth Chasers publishes general financial education. Nothing on this site, in our videos or in our newsletter is individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice. We do not know your situation. Examples are hypothetical unless labeled otherwise. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you learn here.

This disclaimer appears in the site footer, at the end of every lesson and episode description, and in every newsletter.

Sourcing

  • Any statistic cites a primary source (for example the Federal Reserve, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census Bureau, IRS, SBA, FHFA, CFPB) with the date the figure was published and the date we checked it.
  • We do not quote numbers from memory, from other creators, or from secondary summaries without checking the primary source.
  • Interest rates, tax brackets, contribution limits and program terms carry an "as of" date and are reviewed at least annually.
  • Unsourced numbers are marked as placeholders in drafts and do not publish.

Hypotheticals and worked examples

  • Every worked example is labeled Illustrative and shows its assumptions in a visible block.
  • Calculators show their formulas and assumptions in plain language and let the reader change every assumption.
  • We show the failure case alongside the success case whenever we model an investment, acquisition or property.

Disclosures and commercial relationships

  • We follow the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Any material connection to a product, service or company we mention is disclosed where the mention happens: on the page, in the video, and in the description.
  • Sponsored content is labeled Sponsored at the top of the page and at the start of the video. Sponsors never review or approve editorial content.
  • Affiliate relationships are limited to books, software and tools. We do not accept affiliate or referral payment from brokerages, lenders, credit cards, insurance products, investment platforms or trading services.
  • We do not recommend specific securities, funds, properties or businesses to buy.
  • The founder's other businesses, including advisory and acquisition work, are disclosed on the About page and wherever they are relevant to a lesson.

Expert review

  • Content that explains tax, legal, entity, estate or insurance matters is reviewed by a licensed professional (CPA, enrolled agent or attorney as appropriate) before publication. The reviewer is credited and the review date shown.
  • Reviewed content is re-reviewed annually and whenever the relevant law changes.

Corrections

  • Material errors are corrected in place with a dated correction note at the top of the page. Videos get a pinned comment and a description note; serious errors get a re-cut or a removal.
  • Readers can report errors through the address published in the footer once it is live; we acknowledge within a stated window.

Independence from monetization

Revenue never determines what is taught. Education comes first; products, if any, come later; and no financial-product referral model is used at any stage.
